LAD Windows redraw issues

Evidently there are serious redraw issues for the program under Windows. I am guessing right now that the Windows port of wxPython does not support wx.BufferedPaintDC, making the redraw of the graph canvas when dragging things headache-inducing.
While I do not develop on Windows, I will make sure that the next announced version of LAD is tested on that platform and will not have this problem.
