Calendars
Many of the calendars on this page can be subscribed to using a client such as Apple's iCal, Google Calendar, or a Mozilla calendar product. The links begin with webcal:// to make the links launch your calendar program if you have one. You can replace webcal:// with http:// if needed.
Apple has many more calendars to which you can subscribe.
Appalachian State University
These calendars are straight from the ASU calendar server, but the links for subscriptions are kind of hard to find.
The Appalachian Linux Users Group (ALUG) calendar is not an official ASU calendar, but it is very handy nonetheless. This calendar also includes the dates for my Python talks.
- ical - for calendar applications
- xml - for RSS feed reading applications (events are in reverse order)
- html - for your web browser, read online
Television shows
These calendars are for TV show schedules on Charter cable, channels 2 through 81 in western NC. They are refreshed each Sunday at 2AM and contain 2 weeks worth of listings. When you subscribe, please choose to only update once per week.
